Refunds & your right of withdrawal
Last updated 3 July 2026
We think consumer rights are a feature, not fine print. This page explains your 14-day right of withdrawal, what immediate-delivery consent means, and how we actually handle refunds — in plain language, more openly than any US AI provider.
01Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Turkey, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a new purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This applies to a new subscription or a prepaid credit top-up.
To use it, contact us within 14 days of the purchase using the digital withdrawal form linked at the bottom of this page. You do not need to explain why.
02Immediate delivery and what your consent means
Depaza is a digital service that works the moment you subscribe — there is no waiting for shipping. Under EU consumer law, for digital services delivered immediately we ask you at checkout to consent to that immediate performance and to acknowledge the 14-day information above.
Giving this consent lets you start using the service straight away. It can, under the law, affect the statutory withdrawal right once performance has begun. And because the service starts consuming computing resources as soon as you use it, a later refund can only cover the part you have not yet used. We record the consent and its timestamp so both sides have a clear, auditable record — nothing is hidden in the fine print.
03How we handle refunds
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is firm: within 14 days, a purchase you have not used is refunded in full. Everything beyond that — a partly-used purchase, or a request after 14 days — we look at case by case and in good faith.
Those refunds are at our discretion. Because Depaza runs on real computing power the moment you use it, the time and usage you have already had has been delivered and can’t be returned, so we can’t promise a specific amount in advance — heavy use can leave little or nothing to refund. This good-faith practice sits on top of your legal rights; it isn’t an extra guarantee:
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| Within 14 days, unused | We refund it in full. |
| Within 14 days, partly used | We may refund the unused part. Because your prompts run on our servers the moment you use them, usage already consumed is not refundable — heavy use can mean little or no refund. |
| After 14 days | Charges already incurred are not refunded. You keep access until the end of the paid period, can cancel renewal at any time, and we can pause the subscription. |
| Technical fault on our side | We put it right — a refund or credit for the usage the fault affected. |
04Cancelling and what happens next
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to the free tier.
Prepaid API credits are consumed as you use the API and are non-refundable once used, except where the law requires otherwise or where a technical fault on our side is at issue.
05How to withdraw or request a refund
Our digital withdrawal form goes straight to a human on our team. Because a request is tied to your account, sign in first — the form is linked from the button below and from your account settings. Add the order reference from your receipt if you have it.

Withdrawing or requesting a refund
If you need to, sign in and use the digital withdrawal form linked on this page. It goes to a person on our team, who follows up within one business day.
